FlexRadio SDR-1000

This rig was the first Flex-Radio station, sold first as a 1W version. Mine is one of the latest versions, with 100W PA and antenna tuner, and all upgrades. This is the most fun radio I own, and it wont be the last radio I buy from FlexRadio. Great support! Great software updates, and ongoing information all the time. User forum, etc.

The Flex-radio application is called "PowerSDR" and most recent release version is V1.18.0. To see how elegant this system works you can find many demonstrations on internet, You-tube. One of this is made by Matt Younblood from Flex-Radio:

This picture shows the new (14.may 2009) version of Power-SDR, Alpha-version with codename "Pretty Betty". The "new architecture" gives freedom to program separate skins to the application. In the future other looking skins will be available also from other programmers. Great enhancement! Now the fun starts...
